Learn to Ride a Scooter!

We offer classes on learning to ride scooters and motorcycles every month during the riding season. Please call us at 503-363-0634 for information on signing up and reserving a spot. Cost of a class is $199, with lots of supervised practice! We meet Thursday and Friday evenings, practice riding Sat. and Sun, then finish up Monday evening. Once you pass the class, you receive a certificate you can take to DMV to get your endorsement to become a legal rider for two wheel motorized vehicles. No further test is required. Please scroll down this page for more information on the course. 2009 classes are all complete as of October. We will post 2010 class dates here later.
Learning to ride a scooter or motorcycle is fun! A typical class involves several classroom sessions and two days of on-course riding. We emphasize safety throughout all instruction. You'll be hooked before you know it! Salem Vespa and Harley-Davidson offers friendly instructional courses through Team Oregon designed for people that have never been on a bike or scooter before, but always wanted to learn! Read on for more information, then call us at 503-363-0634 to reserve your spot. Classroom Thursday and Friday evening, riding on the course Saturday and Sunday, then finish in class Monday evening.
